Our Annual Midwest Invitational is held at the world famous Road America track which consists of a three-day on track event. Shelby, Ford, and automobile enthusiasts from all over the United States return to Road America every year to drive their cars on one of the biggest and best road courses in the world. Road America is a 4-mile, 14 Turn marvel of asphalt that winds over and through the beautiful Wisconsin countryside.

2013 Track Time Early Bird Special Rules for the 38th Annual Midwest Invitational at Road America
Any member who registers and is paid in full to run all three track days before 5/22/2013 will be entered into a drawing. One name will be drawn and the winning member will receive one free day of track time, value $200. A check will be mailed to the member in the amount of $200. Drawing to be held 5/30/2013. Winner to be notified via e-mail.
2013 Friday Night Cookout at Road America
We will again be holding a cookout on Friday night June 28 at the Road America Center, same location as last year. Drivers and children under 12 are free. Guests are $10. Registration for the cookout is part of the Road America registration.

Rules IMPORTANT – Please read and comply with these rules. Vehicle Registration - IMPORTANT – You must have a completed RA Vehicle Registration form on file for any non-licensed motorized vehicle (including bicycles) that you would like to use on Road America propery. If you don’t, your vehicle will by confiscated by Road America until the end of the weekend. |

Road America has built a 13 stall enclosed garage this year. The garage spaces are available to rent if anyone is interested. The cost is $325 for three days. Please see the RA Garage Rental file for photos and additional information. If you are interested, please contact Lori Bramstedt with Road America at 800-365-7223. Camping will again be offered for the 2013 event. The cost for camping that we have been given by Road America is:
The fee would include camping on Thursday through Saturday nights. There is no cost per person to camp. Thus if you have a camping trailer and you have 4 people staying in it, it is still just $50 for the three days. All camping permits will be purchased through the Northwood’s Shelby Club during event registration; there will be no advanced sale of camping permits.
