Our Annual Midwest Invitational is held at the world famous Road America track which consists of a four-day HPDE Open Track event. Automobile enthusiasts from all over the United States return to Road America every year to drive their cars on one of the largest and best road courses in the world. Road America is a 4-mile, 14 Turn marvel of asphalt that winds over and through the beautiful Wisconsin countryside.
Membership is required for anyone that drives on track. This applies to drivers only not passengers. You must be 18 or older to drive or be a passenger.
The TECH form is now a separate registration item. It must be completed before starting event registration.
An Instructor is required if you have no previous road course experience.
Event Cancellation / Transferring Event Policies
All events are run “Rain or Shine”.
Refunds & Credits
46 or more days before the event – full refund minus a $50.00 administration fee
45 – 31 days before the event – forfeiture of 50% of the registration fees
30 days and less before the event – forfeiture of the entire registration fees (NO REFUNDS or CREDITS of any kind will be given, NO EXCEPTIONS) (This includes credits or refunds for break downs during the event as well)
Transferring between events is not allowed.
If the event is filled and there is a waiting list, event organizers will attempt to fill the open spot from the waiting list. If that is possible, a full refund minus a $50.00 administration fee will be given. All waiting list changes must be completed a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES will be given within 7 days of the event, no exceptions.
Any member who registers for one, two, or three days and is paid in full by 5/24/2021 will be entered into a drawing. Three names will be drawn and the winning members, in order of drawing, will receive a credit of $290 $500, $700. The winning amount will be credited to your Motorsportreg.com account to be used at any NWSC event. The credit will expire 9/30/22. Drawing to be held 6/24/2021. Winner to be notified via e-mail.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions there will be no Cookout for this event.
Pit Vehicle: You must have a completed RA Vehicle Registration form on file for any non-licensed motorized vehicle (including bicycles) that you would like to use on Road America property. If you don’t, your vehicle will by confiscated by Road America until the end of the weekend. Cost is $25 and is good for all 2021 RA events.

Electrical Costs: $25 for standard 110V 20 amp power hookup. $50 for 220V 50 amp power hookup. Note that power hookups are only available in areas along pit lane and in the RV camping area.
The $50 fee would include camping on Wednesday through Saturday nights. There is no cost per person to camp. Thus if you have a camping trailer and you have 4 people staying in it, it is still just $50 for whether you stay one night or four nights. Only those running on Thursday are allowed to camp on Wednesday night.
All camping permits will be purchased through Road America on Friday, during registration, and Saturday. There is no advanced sale of camping permits.
