Event Cancellation Policies
All events are run “Rain or Shine”.
Refunds & Credits
- 46 days or more notice of cancellation = Full Refund (-$50 dollar administration fee)
- 45-31 days before the event = Forfeiture of 50% on registration fees
- 30 days or less notice of cancellation = NO REFUND
